With more than 30 years of experience as a therapist for groups, families, couples, and individuals, Jayne Lessard received her master of arts degree in clinical psychology from WheatonCollege. A practicing counselor, she focuses on issues like depression, anxiety, and life transitions, among others. Her professional career began at High Point Family Service Agency, where she quickly rose from clinical director to agency director, and oversaw the agency’s growth from three staff members to 50. Currently, Jayne Lessard owns a client-focused practice committed to nurturing and integrity.
A member of the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Ms. Lessard employs a range of therapy styles from cognitive behavioral to psychodynamic and interpersonal. Because she recognizes that every client has different needs and goals, she helps them form a custom treatment plan. She also offers life coaching and career development services to students and adults. When she is not working, Jayne Lessard travels the world with Samaritan’s Purse Ministry.
